I came across this post whilst searching for Scouting contacts in Luxembourg. I have a group of 3 Leaders (age 21-24) who are doing their Explorer Belt expedition and visiting Luxembourg in February. They are looking for Scout groups to visit/exchange culture etc and hosts/floors for a few nights. Do you know anyone who can help?
